Pros & Cons of Cultural Exchange Ambassadors
Being a cultural exchange ambassador is
really challenging and fun! Besides able to exchange and interact with students
in other colleges and regions, we can hold local activities with MSC students
too. It really improves our leadership and communication and cooperation skills
with other students.
Interacting and learning in other colleges
will motivate us to try more new things and learn more about the world. Talking
with students from other college make us have more friends and know more about
the management and atmosphere of other school, thus giving us ideas to propose
to teachers about the development of our CCA club.
Moreover, joining to be one of the
cultural exchange ambassadors can make us have more life experience which helps
us in our future in multiple perspectives like communication, entrepreneurship
and leadership. This really helps us in our career in the future.
However being a cultural exchange
ambassadors need to give out your time and efforts. Creating and deciding a
good exchange program, communicating with different schools, making good
decisions really are great challenges for secondary students. Being a cultural
exchange ambassador need to have great courage and good time management in
order to strike a balance between academic and co-circular activities.
Also being an exchange student and going
to other schools need great courage and good communication skills in order to
make friends with students at that school. Besides, adoptability is also an
important aspect for exchange students as the exchange schools may differ
greatly with MSC.
